Welcome! I’m Ryan Bass, Training Director and founder of Bandaids & Bullets, a company dedicated to providing top-tier training in both firearm proficiency and First Aid/CPR/AED, among others. With over six years of service in the United States Air Force, I bring a disciplined, mission-focused approach to every course we offer.

As a certified First Aid, CPR/AED, Pediatric, Adult, First Responder, Tactical Casualty Combat Care (TCCC) instructor and Instructor Trainer, I specialize in teaching life-saving techniques for high-stress and emergency situations. My expertise extends to firearms training as a certified NRA instructor, where I provide personalized instruction for shooters of all experience levels, emphasizing safety, responsibility, and readiness. We stand behind the belief that if the military is willing to teach it, the public should have a right to learn it, and we tailor our courses to this end. 

In the realm of first aid/first responder, I currently hold certifications with the American Red Cross and HSI, enabling our company to offer a comprehensive range of courses, including Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED, BLS for Medical Professionals, Stop the Bleed, Instructor Courses, and so many more! Our mission is to empower individuals with the skills and confidence needed to respond effectively in critical moments, both on the range and in everyday life.
